Refund and Policies
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
Video Documentation: When receiving your package from our partner courier, it's essential to record two videos to protect your rights.
- Video Upon Receipt: Capture a video while receiving the package from the courier. Ensure the package is clearly visible, and the courier's face and any labels on the package are identifiable.
- Unpacking Video: Show the unopened package clearly in the video, and then proceed to open it, displaying the contents. Make sure all angles and items are well-documented.
Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team via crabking@tambanokano.com, our Facebook page or by calling 0917-303-3778 to report the issue and request a refund. Attach the two video files to your communication as evidence of the package's condition upon receipt and after opening. Send it after 2 hours of the receipt of the package.
Review and Processing: Our team will review the videos and your request for a refund. If the case is validated, a refund will be processed accordingly. Refunds usually take 2-5 business days.
Please note that the videos should be sent no later than two hours after receiving the package. Videos received after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
