📣 WE’RE HIRING: Social Media Intern (with Content Creation Skills)
Location: Remote (with once-a-week in-person or virtual team meetings)
Type: Internship (1 month part-time, then potential full-time with commission, leading to regular pay + commission after 6 months)
Hours: 4 hours/day for the first month

🔍 About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Social Media Intern who can help us grow and manage our presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. If you're creative, organized, and eager to learn, this is your chance to be part of a mission-driven startup team.

As a Social Media Intern, you’ll be responsible for managing our social media pages, creating engaging content (especially videos), and contributing ideas to improve how we show up online. You’ll have the opportunity to grow with us—from part-time intern to a potential full-time team member with commissions and eventually a regular pay structure.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Create reels and short-form videos using raw content or by filming your own
Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas to boost engagement
Monitor engagement, trends, and audience interaction
Attend weekly meetings (online or in-person, depending on location)
Collaborate with the team to align content with brand strategy
Contribute ideas openly and participate in team discussions

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Active and savvy on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Experience or interest in video editing and content creation
Open to feedback, coaching, and learning new tools
Strong communication skills—able to express ideas clearly and confidently
Reliable and self-driven with a creative mindset
Basic understanding of social media trends and analytics is a plus
Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar is an advantage

📈 Internship Track:

Month 1: Part-time internship (4 hours/day), performance-based evaluation
Month 2 onward: Potential full-time work on a commission basis
After 6 months: Transition to regular pay + commission
